Terms of Service
Last updated May 3, 2026. These terms govern use of isalwayswith.me memorial pages, contributor sharing flows, private archives, paid packages, and related services.
isalwayswith.me provides memorial pages, private family sharing links, contributor accounts, executor review tools, media intake, story organization, guestbook and archive features, and optional paid ceremony or video services.
isalwayswith.me is part of NextSet. Payments, receipts, or bank statements may show NextSet as the merchant.
The person setting up or administering a memorial must have the right to provide the memorial information, invite contributors, approve access, and make decisions about the memorial page and uploaded content.
Executors and memorial administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access and removing content that should not be shared with a family group.
Contributors are responsible for the photos, videos, audio, written stories, names, relationship details, dates, locations, and other information they submit. Do not submit content you do not have permission to share.
By submitting content, you give isalwayswith.me permission to store, process, organize, display, transcode, tag, and use that content as needed to provide the memorial service to the relevant family or authorized memorial administrators.
Memorial content can be deeply personal. Users must not use the service to harass, impersonate, exploit, expose private information, upload unlawful content, or share media in a way that violates another person's rights.

Paid services may include setup, private memorial pages, archive workflows, contributor tagging, timeline preparation, video planning, and optional add-ons. Prices and features can change before purchase. Purchased services are governed by the package details presented at checkout or in a written agreement.
Stripe processes card payments. Refunds, cancellations, and custom service adjustments are handled case by case because memorial and ceremony work often involves time-sensitive production labor.
We work to keep memorial pages and private archives available, but temporary outages, maintenance, provider issues, or domain and DNS changes may occur. Executors may request export of memorial data and media where technically available and appropriate.
The service helps families organize memories and ceremony materials. It does not provide legal, estate, tax, funeral-director, grief-counselling, or medical advice.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
